Rosanne, an Ocean County native, has been a Realtor for over 30 years. Her dedication and concern is quite evident in her resume. Currently, she serves on the Ocean County College Foundation (where she was honored as "Humanitarian of the Year"). Rosanne serves as Vice-chair of the Board of Trustees of Community Medical Center as well as Chair of the Community Medical Center Foundation Board. She is also a Director of ShoreCommunity Bank. She has served for many years as Chair of the Toms River Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. She has served as President of the Ocean County Board of Realtors as well as the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
Heather has been involved in Ocean County real estate for over twelve years. As a partner of Citta & Moffitt LLC, Realtors, she also manages the beach office. Heather is a life-long resident of Ocean County. Her community involvement is evident in her volunteering efforts. Heather currently serves on the Toms River Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. She is also very involved in fundraising for the J. Phillip Citta Regional Cancer Center of the Community Medical Center. Annually, Heather co-chairs the Wine Tasting Fundraiser, for the Cancer Center in honor of her Uncle Phil. In addition, for several years, she participated in the 39-mile, 2-day Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness.
Nick has been a dedicated life-long resident of Toms River. He has been actively involved in Real Estate for over five years and is very familiar with the Ocean County area. Nick is involved with the community, serving on the Community Medical Center Foundation Board He also serves on the YMCA Red Triangle Committee. He is commited to helping local charities, especially the J. Phillip Citta Regional Cancer Center and co-chairs the J. Phillip Citta Annual Wine Tasting Event. Nick is the Assistant General Manager of the Office Restaurant and Lounge in Toms River. He has been working there for more than eighteen years; you may even see him tending bar once in a while! Nick is married to Kelly Pagano, a second grade teacher in the Toms River School District. They are expecting their first child. Tom is a resident of Ocean County. He has been a real estate agent for forty years. Tom serves as treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Community Blood Council of New Jersey.
Alex Bolen grew up in Ocean County. His family background is in Toms River, Barnegat and Red Bank. He met many wonderful people and made very strong contacts in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. He belongs to several historic preservation groups and works with animal rescue organizations in his free time. Alex had the unique opportunity of spending 12 years working at the Walt Disney World Resort in Guest Services and Relations. The Disney Corporation demands customer service excellence of their employees. This has given him the unique advantage of being able to strategies and react quickly in business challenges.
